This law firm is seeking an associate with a minimum of 5 years of litigation experience. The role involves handling complex legal matters and delivering client-focused solutions for public agencies, businesses, and individuals.

Responsibilities

• Take initiative in the handling of cases
• Draft dispositive motions
• Take and defend depositions
• Apply strong writing and analytical skills to support case strategy and legal work

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience
• Excellent writing and analytical skills
• Experience taking and defending depositions
• Experience drafting dispositive motions
• Admitted to practice in California

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with public entity litigation

Compensation & Benefits

• Reasonably expected pay scale: $137,000 - $185,000
• Actual salary within the range will depend on the selected candidate’s years of practice and experience
