Litigation Associate Attorney

Overview

An immediate opening is available for an Associate with a minimum of 5 years of litigation experience. The role involves handling complex, multi-disciplinary legal matters and providing client-service oriented solutions.

Responsibilities

• Take initiative in the handling of cases
• Conduct and defend depositions
• Draft dispositive motions
• Provide strong writing and analytical support throughout case work

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience
• Excellent writing and analytical skills
• Experience taking and defending depositions and drafting dispositive motions
• Strong academic credentials
• Admitted to practice in California

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with public entity litigation

Compensation & Benefits

• Reasonably expected pay scale: $137,000 - $185,000
• Actual salary within that range will depend on the selected candidate’s years of practice and experience

Offices are located throughout California, with additional offices in Oregon and Washington, D.C.
