Litigation Attorney

Overview

An opportunity is available for an Associate Attorney with 0 to 7 years of experience and an interest in business, real estate, or family law litigation. The role involves client interaction, court appearances, and active litigation practice. The position offers a collaborative environment with a focus on mentorship and practical legal work.

Responsibilities

• Manage litigation matters from intake through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategies
• Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
• Attend hearings, mediations, depositions, and other litigation-related proceedings
• Collaborate with firm leadership on case development and client service initiatives

Requirements

• Active California State Bar membership in good standing
• Residency in California required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage deadlines and multiple priorities effectively
• Prior litigation experience preferred but not required

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $140,000 - $181,000 yearly

Work Location

Remote work is available; candidates must be licensed to practice law in California and reside in California.
