Litigation Attorney

Overview

The organization is seeking an exceptional Litigation Attorney to join its California general litigation team. This position involves managing cases through all phases of litigation, including preparation for trial. Strong oral and written advocacy skills are required, along with sound judgment and initiative.

This role is remote out of Northern CA and requires California admission.

Responsibilities

• Manage litigation matters through all phases of litigation, including preparing for trial
• Prepare and deliver strong oral advocacy
• Produce high-quality written advocacy
• Exercise professional judgment and take initiative in case management
• Handle cases from inception through completion

Requirements

• 4–7 years of defense litigation experience
• Hands-on experience taking a case file from inception through completion
• Must be admitted to practice in California

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of products liability, toxic tort, and/or general liability law
