A legal team is seeking a Personal Injury Defense Litigation Attorney with 3 to 10+ years of experience to manage high-stakes cases.

Responsibilities

• Manage an individual caseload with partner support
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
• Take and defend depositions
• Appear in court for hearings and motions
• Work directly with clients to strategize and advance cases
• Participate in trials and complex litigation matters

Requirements

• 3 to 10+ years of civil litigation experience; general liability defense experience is a plus
• Strong skills in depositions, motions, and courtroom proceedings
• Excellent writing and communication abilities
• Strategic thinker who performs well in fast-paced environments
• Collaborative team player
