Litigation Attorney - Pittsburgh, PA

Overview

An established law firm is seeking an experienced attorney to join its energy litigation practice based in Pittsburgh, PA. This is a full-time position with the flexibility to work remotely a few days per week. Candidates must have at least 5 years of litigation experience and hold an active Pennsylvania bar license.

Responsibilities

• Manage trial preparation and courtroom responsibilities, including motion practice and depositions
• Utilize e-discovery software effectively
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and advocate in negotiations

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of litigation practice experience
• Active Pennsylvania bar license
• Trial preparation and courtroom experience with file responsibility
• Experience with e-discovery software
• Exceptional advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation skills
• Strong academic credentials
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and demonstrates a solid work ethic
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in oil and gas law is preferred but not required

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $175,000 to $200,000 annually (full-time basis)
