Litigation Attorney (Remote)
Overview
A well-established law firm specializing in complex construction, business, and employment litigation is seeking a Litigation Attorney. The firm handles multi-million dollar projects, personal injury defense, environmental claims, and product liability cases.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $170,000 - $180,000 per year plus bonus

Responsibilities
- Conduct extensive legal research to support ongoing cases
- Draft legal documents including pleadings, briefs, contracts, and wills
- Assist partners and senior attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and depositions
- Represent clients in court by presenting evidence and arguments
- Communicate with clients to keep them informed about their legal matters
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
- Ensure compliance with all legal standards and regulations
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients and insurance carriers
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active membership in the California state bar
- 3-5 years of litigation experience, preferably in defense
- Experience in construction law or business-related matters is preferred but not required
- Experience working with insurance clients is preferred
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
