A legal team in Chicago is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Litigation Attorney with a strong background in personal injury law. The role focuses on representing clients in cases such as motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, medical malpractice, and product liability.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for clients to achieve favorable settlements or verdicts
• Conduct thorough investigations related to personal injury cases
• Draft legal documents and pleadings
• Negotiate with insurance companies and opposing counsel
• Provide empathetic support and expert legal guidance to clients throughout the litigation process

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active bar admission in Illinois
• Minimum of 1 year of experience handling personal injury cases
• Strong knowledge of personal injury law and litigation processes
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively
• Compassionate approach to client representation
