Litigation Attorney

Overview

An established insurance defense firm located in Irvine is seeking a Civil Litigation Attorney with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join the Personal Injury Department.

Responsibilities

• Manage a civil litigation caseload independently and effectively
• Participate in courtroom proceedings, depositions, and mediations (preferred)
• Collaborate with team members while also working independently

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in civil litigation
• Active member in good standing with the California Bar
• Solid academic credentials
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-starter with the ability to thrive both independently and in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with courtroom, deposition, and mediation proceedings
• Interest in trial attorney development and training

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $120,000 to $180,000 per year
