Litigation Attorney

Overview

An established California law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney specializing in personal injury litigation. This role requires strong legal research, writing, and courtroom advocacy skills, with the ability to manage cases from inception through resolution.

Responsibilities

• Analyze legal issues and develop effective litigation strategies.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Represent clients at hearings, depositions, mediations, and court proceedings.
• Manage an active litigation caseload while ensuring compliance with court deadlines and procedural requirements.
• Collaborate with clients, attorneys, and support staff throughout all phases of litigation.
• Evaluate cases and provide strategic legal counsel.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active member in good standing with the California Bar.
• Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience, preferably in personal injury.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
