M&A Attorney (Venture Investment Experience)
Overview
A global Fortune 500 organization is seeking a Mid-Level M&A Attorney to join a lean, high-performing legal team. This role supports acquisitions, divestitures, venture investments, and other strategic transactions worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full transaction lifecycle including NDAs, LOIs, due diligence, buy-side and sell-side transactions, venture investments, and general deal execution.
- Balance sophisticated legal work with a high volume of hands-on transaction management.
- Collaborate closely with other attorneys and contribute at every level of the deal process.
Requirements
- Strong M&A experience.
- Ability to handle complex legal matters alongside transactional management.
- Availability to work 40 hours per week.
- Candidates must be based in Eastern Time (ET) or Central Time (CT) zones as the role is remote for these locations.
Contract Details
- Project start: ASAP
- Initial duration: 3–6 months
- Potential extension: up to 9–12 months
- Hourly rate: $115 to $120 (based on qualifications, skillset, experience, client needs, and project requirements)
