Multi State Title Searcher (GA, KS, MD) (Remote)

Overview

This role supports global title and escrow production across multiple channels, including Mortgage Services, Commercial, Direct, and Agency divisions. The position involves assembling title packages, conducting title and tax research, and preparing documentation related to escrow and title closings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct title research to compile search packages ranging in complexity
• Process departmental documents requiring specific knowledge of functional operations, type correspondence and reports from rough drafts
• Research, investigate, and create title files; document all research; and prepare endorsements and supplemental documents
• Compile, investigate, and interpret tax records to determine tax liability

• Knowledge of company terminology, search department procedures, and tools

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years related experience

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay Range: $20.34 - $27.12 Hourly (Remote)
• Eligibility-based benefits may include: medical, dental, vision, 401k, PTO/paid sick leave, and an employee stock purchase plan.
