Nevada Licensed Litigation Attorney

Overview

A nationwide law firm is seeking a Nevada licensed attorney with a minimum of five years of litigation experience to support commercial litigation, general litigation, and/or personal injury matters. This opportunity offers flexibility with options for remote or hybrid work arrangements. The position can be either permanent or contract-based, and candidates may choose between part-time or full-time schedules depending on their preferences.

Responsibilities

• Manage general case workup activities including written discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation in civil litigation matters
• Work independently and collaboratively within a team environment

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in Nevada
• At least 5 years of legal experience in litigation
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent academic credentials
• Outstanding professional references

Compensation & Benefits

• Annualized salary range: $170,000 to $200,000 (full-time equivalent), based on experience, qualifications, credentials, and location
• W2 employment status
