Of Counsel Attorney

Overview

A small general practice law firm located in the East Valley is seeking an Of Counsel attorney. This is a part-time, fully remote position requiring approximately 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Handle civil litigation matters with progressively responsible experience
• Make court appearances on behalf of the firm
• Demonstrate strong communication and legal writing skills

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of progressively responsible experience in civil litigation
• Membership in good standing with the Arizona State Bar
• Ability to work remotely and manage approximately 20 hours per week

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly rate commensurate with experience
