Part-Time Remote Attorney / Arizona

Overview

This role is for a creditor’s rights firm seeking a licensed Arizona attorney for a flexible, part-time, fully remote position. The attorney will assist with the review and execution of legal pleadings.

Estimated time commitment is approximately 5–10 hours per week, though volume may vary based on current workflow.

Responsibilities

• Review legal files and pleadings for accuracy and completeness
• Electronically sign pleadings following review
• Access and review files through the firm’s case management system (CLS)
• Digitally execute documents using Adobe PDF

Requirements

• Active Arizona Bar license in good standing
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Comfort working in a technology-driven environment
• Experience with VPN access and remote systems preferred, but not required
• Prior legal documentation review experience is a plus, though not required

Technology

• Secure VPN access will be provided
• A firm laptop can be provided if needed

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation: $55–$65 per hour
