Partner / Senior Counsel - Civil Litigation Defense (remote with CA bar)
Overview
An established boutique law firm is seeking experienced California attorneys for a fully remote position. The firm serves a diverse client base including Fortune 500 companies and major corporations, offering a blend of the resources of a large law firm with the culture and flexibility of a start-up.
Responsibilities
- Provide defense litigation services primarily in insurance defense.
- Handle cases involving general liability, premises liability, and personal injury defense.
- Deliver high-quality legal representation to a variety of corporate clients.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience.
- Proven experience in insurance defense is required.
- Preferred experience in general liability, premises liability, and personal injury defense.
- Admission to the California State Bar.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $175,000 - $250,000 per year.
- Bonus plan based on reasonable billable requirements.
