Personal Injury Attorney (Fully Remote)

Overview

A nationally recognized trial firm specializing in complex and high-stakes litigation is seeking an Associate Attorney with experience in single event personal injury litigation. This fully remote position offers a flexible schedule, strong compensation, and opportunities for professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage a docket of approximately 40 diverse and complex personal injury cases.
• Collaborate directly with an experienced attorney and receive support from a dedicated Paralegal and Legal Assistant.
• Handle all aspects of litigation including motion practice, discovery, depositions, mediations, and trial preparation.
• Deliver high-quality client service and results through teamwork and independent work.

Requirements

• 4-12 years of experience handling single event personal injury cases.
• Strong litigation skills with the ability to manage complex case dockets.
• Some trial experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent written and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $125,000 - $200,000 per year.
