Responsibilities

• Manage litigation cases from initial filing through trial
• Negotiate settlements and draft legal agreements
• Represent clients in court proceedings, depositions, and mediations
• Develop strong client relationships and provide high-quality legal advocacy

Requirements

• 4-8 years of litigation experience; trial experience preferred
• Licensed to practice law in Georgia, South Carolina, Tennessee, or multiple states preferred

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $150,000 - $225,000 (base plus bonus)
