Remote AI Training Specialist — Legal Professionals (JD / LLM)

Overview

The organization is seeking qualified legal professionals—including attorneys, JD/LLM holders, and senior paralegals—to work as Remote AI Training Specialists focused on legal reasoning. In this role, you will train, evaluate, and fine-tune next-generation Large Language Models (LLMs) specializing in legal reasoning, contract analysis, and legal research.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated legal text, briefs, and contract summaries for factual accuracy and legal soundness.
• Draft high-quality “gold standard” legal answers to train AI models on complex compliance and case law scenarios.
• Identify hallucinations, incorrect citations, and logical gaps in AI responses.

Requirements

• Hold a JD, LLM, or equivalent law degree.
• Senior law students or senior paralegals with extensive legal drafting experience are also considered.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to clearly explain why a legal argument or response is structurally flawed.
• Availability for flexible remote contract work (10–40 hours per week).
