Remote Consumer Litigation Counsel

Overview

A partner organization is seeking a Consumer Litigation Counsel to join their legal team in a fully remote capacity. This role involves managing a high volume of single plaintiff consumer litigation cases, working closely with senior attorneys on complex matters, and maintaining significant client contact. Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of single plaintiff consumer litigation cases
• Draft motions and pleadings
• Negotiate settlements and handle court appearances
• Prepare cases for trial
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategies
• Maintain significant client contact

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of general litigation experience, preferably including single plaintiff cases
• Experience with Fair Credit Reporting Act litigation or other consumer litigation
• Background from top law firms or a combination of law firm and in-house experience
• Strong work ethic with the ability to drive cases to resolution
• Excellent academic credentials
• Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
