Overview

A temporary/contract remote position is available for a Litigation Associate Attorney licensed in Texas with over 3 years of civil litigation experience. The role focuses on commercial, real estate, and employment law disputes.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of litigation
• Conduct legal research
• Draft pleadings and other legal documents
• Manage discovery processes
• Assist with trial preparation
• Collaborate with team members to provide client service
• Track billable hours
• Participate in hearings and mediations

Requirements

• Licensed attorney in Texas
• Minimum of 3 years of civil litigation experience
• Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple matters independently and meet deadlines
• Experience with timekeeping and billing

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with ProLaw software
