REMOTE Employment Attorney

Overview

A boutique employment law firm based in Los Angeles, CA, is seeking a Remote Employment Attorney to join its plaintiff-side team. This role focuses on representing employees in PAGA and class action litigation, offering an opportunity to handle complex employment law matters within a collaborative and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload primarily focused on plaintiff work
• Engage in PAGA and class action litigation
• Collaborate with senior attorneys in a non-micromanaged setting
• Track and log case-related work for compliance
• Participate in depositions as required
• Travel for in-person meetings as needed, with reimbursement provided

Requirements

• Barred to practice law in California
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
• Experience with PAGA or class action litigation is essential
• Litigation experience preferred; arbitration experience will also be considered
• Candidates from both plaintiff and defense backgrounds are welcome
