Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload consistent with 100-130 billable hours per month
- Provide legal services in family law matters including divorce, child custody, spousal support, and prenuptial agreements
- Deliver personalized legal solutions to clients navigating complex family and estate-related issues
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years' experience practicing Family Law in Washington
- Active Washington State Bar membership in good standing
- Ability to meet billable hour targets (100-130 billables per month)
- LLM in tax planning is encouraged but not required
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $145,000 - $180,000 per year
