Remote Family Law Attorney

Overview

A law firm specializing in family law, business litigation, and estate planning is seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney to join their team on a permanent basis. The firm is known for strong client advocacy, ethical practice, and personalized legal solutions.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in family law matters including divorce, custody, and support issues
• Handle complex and high-net-worth family law cases
• Engage in litigation and trial work related to family law
• Provide proactive legal management and client representation

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Minimum of 3 years of legal experience with a strong emphasis on family law
• Strong litigation and trial experience
• Active membership in good standing with the State Bar of California
• Proven track record of successfully representing clients in complex family law cases

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Family Law Specialist by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $150,000 - $205,000 per year
