Overview

An attorney is sought to join the Product Legal team supporting a Layer 2 blockchain ecosystem. This role involves managing complex legal matters related to blockchain technology, product compliance, and ecosystem integration.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain legal foundations for the product and ecosystem
• Oversee grant programs
• Facilitate third-party integrations
• Provide legal counsel throughout the full product lifecycle
• Collaborate with Compliance, Engineering, Finance, and Leadership teams
• Ensure regulatory adherence and manage legal risks

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of legal experience
• Licensed to practice law in the United States
• Expertise in crypto and web3 legal matters
• Knowledge of regulatory considerations related to blockchain and Layer 2 protocols
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with blockchain infrastructure, Layer 2 protocols, and related technologies
