REMOTE Senior Estate Planning Attorney - Established Regional Firm - Up to $300k Total Comp

Overview

Senior Estate Planning Attorney opportunity offering up to $300,000 total compensation. This fully remote position requires residency in California and California Bar admission.

Responsibilities

• Advise high net worth clients on estate and gift tax planning strategies
• Draft wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, and powers of attorney
• Handle trust and probate administration matters
• Structure GRATs, QTIPs, marital trusts, and other advanced planning vehicles
• Support business succession planning for family-owned businesses and entrepreneurs
• Collaborate directly with wealth advisors and CPAs on integrated planning matters

Requirements

• Admission to the California Bar
• Residency in California
• Recent experience in trusts and estates with advanced estate, gift, and tax planning techniques

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary range: $150,000 to $225,000 per year, depending on experience
• Structured performance-based bonuses with quarterly cadence, including billable hours, originations, and collections
• Total compensation up to $300,000
