Overview

This role is for a Junior Associate to Junior Partner Level Attorney with 4–10+ years of experience in bodily injury, first-party bad faith defense, and general insurance defense.

Responsibilities

Junior Associate

• Draft motions and/or conduct depositions
• Perform effectively in a fast-paced work environment
• Work well both independently and as part of a legal team, with willingness to go above and beyond to meet client needs

Junior Partner

• Draft motions and/or conduct depositions, oral arguments, and hearings
• Negotiate settlements and manage client reporting
• Handle civil cases through trial

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in Utah (additional state licensure is a plus)
• 4–10+ years of insurance defense (Required)
• Experience in bodily injury, first-party bad faith defense, and general insurance defense matters (Preferred)
