Securities Lawyer
Overview
A legal professional is sought to contribute expertise in securities law by training AI models. This role involves assessing the progress and logic of AI chatbots, identifying issues, and enhancing the quality of each model. Candidates must have expert-level legal reasoning and hold a completed or in-progress law degree.
Responsibilities
- Present AI chatbots with diverse and complex legal problems
- Evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy and performance
Requirements
- Fluency in English at a native or bilingual level
- Minimum of 5 years of legal experience
- Law school graduate
Relevant legal backgrounds include, but are not limited to: corporate law, criminal law, civil litigation, constitutional law, administrative law, environmental law, family law, intellectual property law, tax law, labor and employment law, immigration law, real estate law, health law, entertainment law, human rights law, international law, cybersecurity and privacy law, contract law, securities law, bankruptcy law, and alternative dispute resolution.
