Overview

A rapidly growing Web3 entertainment company is seeking a Legal & Regulatory Strategist to join their team. This role focuses on pioneering regulatory frameworks for a new paradigm in crypto-native wagering and gaming, working closely with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams to build compliant features and enable global expansion.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect regulatory frameworks for Web3 wagering products.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to build "compliant by design" features.
• Navigate global regulatory environments to identify opportunities for expansion and market entry.
• Conduct risk assessments that enable bold business decisions.
• Develop and maintain a network of aligned external legal counsel worldwide.

Requirements

• Deep experience in the iGaming, casino, or sportsbook industry.
• Law degree with strong legal foundations.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and business teams.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments and building processes from scratch.
• Commercially savvy with a high-energy, fast-paced "wartime" mindset.
