Senior Employment Litigator – (Remote)

Overview

A highly respected California-based law firm is seeking a Senior Employment Litigator to join their team on a primarily remote basis. This is a full-time position offering a salary range of $200,000 to $225,000 annually, depending on experience. All applications and inquiries will be kept strictly confidential.

Responsibilities

• Represent employers in California state and federal courts
• Manage complex employment law litigation matters independently
• Handle administrative claims before state and federal agencies
• Manage appellate matters
• Advise employers on compliance, disciplinary issues, and workplace disputes
• Participate in arbitrations and labor-related proceedings

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in California
• Minimum of 15 years of employment law litigation experience
• Significant trial experience in state and federal courts
• Ability to appear in court in California as required
• Strong employer-side litigation background
• Ability to handle high-level, high-stakes matters
• Self-directed and able to work independently in a remote environment
• Strong legal writing and analytical skills
• Clear and effective client communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Based in Northern California (preferred but not required)
• Experience representing both public and private employers
• Background handling complex, multi-claim employment litigation

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual salary range: $200,000 - $225,000, commensurate with experience
