Senior IP Attorney (Partner)

Overview

This role is for a Senior IP Attorney (Partner) position at an intellectual property law firm. The position is fully remote and involves comprehensive support services without high revenue splits.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a diverse caseload of IP matters, maintaining top-tier client service and results
• Leverage the firm’s backend support to streamline productivity and optimize billing
• Mentor and support junior attorneys and staff, fostering a cohesive and effective team environment

Qualifications

• 7–15 years of experience as a Senior IP Attorney (Partner)
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
• Active bar membership in at least one U.S. state
• Proven ability to manage complex IP cases and client relationships in a remote work environment
