Sr Contract Specialist - Work From Home

Overview

• Fully remote role
• This position supports the organization’s healthcare services operations by managing provider contract documentation, regulatory compliance, and audit-ready filings.

Responsibilities

• Draft account-specific contract documents, including contract templates
• Review and process non-standard document language requests
• Submit Department of Insurance regulatory filings
• Source and review contracts to ensure accuracy for audit, legal, and compliance purposes
• Support daily team operations and escalate issues to management
• Serve as a liaison among staff, management, and key stakeholders
• Draft and edit desk-level procedures and workflow documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or four years of relevant work experience requiring independent judgment
• Minimum one year of experience drafting standard or customized contracts independently
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and PC applications
• Ability to consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong judgment and problem-resolution skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills for cross-departmental interaction and document drafting

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in network management and provider contracting
• Familiarity with SalesForce, Conga, or other contract lifecycle management systems
• Project management or corporate project planning experience

Compensation & Benefits

• Base pay range: $55,900.00 - $123,500.00
• Compensation varies based on skills, experience, and location
