Staff Attorney

Overview

This role involves working as a Staff Attorney with a focus on document review and coding within high-profile complex securities litigation and shareholder rights cases. The position requires collaboration with experienced attorneys to prosecute cases involving violations of federal securities laws.

Responsibilities

• Perform document review using Relativity software
• Participate in weekly meetings with the litigation team to discuss the status of document review

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA-accredited law school
• At least one year of prior e-discovery or document review experience
• Knowledge of Relativity is a plus
• Demonstrated interest in securities fraud litigation and investor protection
• Current Bar Admission in good standing
