Overview

A full-time, remote position is available for a California-based Attorney with over 5 years of litigation experience. The role focuses on handling civil cases involving damages up to $500,000.

Responsibilities

• Draft complex motions and conduct thorough legal research
• Manage all phases of litigation from inception through resolution
• Develop and implement effective legal strategies
• Participate in negotiations and court appearances
• Support trial proceedings as needed
• Utilize advanced legal technology to enhance efficiency

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree
• Active California bar license
• Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience managing moderate civil cases
• Proven success in litigation, preferably with experience in insurance law
• Strong skills in legal research, writing, negotiation, and leadership
• Ability to maintain and develop client relationships

Compensation & Benefits
