Responsibilities

• Work directly with clients to build and maintain strong relationships
• Develop expertise in tax law within a growing tax practice
• Utilize interpersonal skills alongside legal knowledge to support client needs

Requirements

• J.D. degree and active bar license
• 4–6 years of experience at a small or mid-sized law firm
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Professional, client-centered approach with a natural salesperson's energy
• Genuine interest in tax law
• High emotional intelligence and strong bedside manner

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in tax controversy or corporate tax structure is a plus
• Interest in growing into tax law practice
