Tech Contract Redlining Attorney, Part-Time AI Contract Review - Remote (United States)

Overview

Responsibilities

• Review technology transaction contracts and AI-generated responses against project guidelines
• Evaluate model outputs using project rubrics and record evidence-based judgments
• Write clear feedback explaining why a response meets or misses the project guidelines
• Maintain consistent quality across repeated contract review tasks

Requirements

• At least 3 years of in-house experience focused on technology transactions
• Experience negotiating technology agreements such as MSAs, NDAs, ISDAs, or derivatives agreements
• Fluent English with exceptional written and verbal communication
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong analytical ability
