Technology Transactions Lawyer

Overview

A technology-focused legal team is seeking experienced Technology Transactions Lawyers to support top technology clients. Positions are available for remote or onsite work.

Responsibilities

• Advise corporate clients directly on a broad range of technology transactions.
• Provide entrepreneurial, pragmatic, and business-oriented advice related to technology agreements.
• Manage complex technology transactions independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with internal business partners and stakeholders across client teams on complex deals for large global technology companies.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of significant technology transaction experience, preferably in an in-house legal environment.
• Experience with a wide variety of technology transactions including SaaS, licensing, hardware, and other technology licenses.
• Strong skills in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating technology contracts with excellent issue spotting and attention to detail.
• Prior experience working in-house for a technology company or with technology industry clients.
• Active bar membership in good standing in the state of current residence.

Compensation & Benefits

• Estimated total compensation for full-time attorney roles ranges from $104,500 to $325,000 per year.
• Compensation for non-attorney roles ranges from $71,250 to $309,750 per year.
• Compensation decisions are based on factors including experience, skills, certifications, location, and business needs.
