Trial Attorney

Overview

This is a full-time remote position for a Trial Attorney specializing in Business Litigation and Employment Law.

Responsibilities

• Draft and argue motions
• Appear in court and manage cases
• Handle motions and participate in hearings in State and Federal Courts
• Conduct trials and manage depositions
• Perform legal research and analysis

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience
• In-depth knowledge of copyright and intellectual property law, employment and labor law, and general business law and litigation
• Proficiency in handling motions, court appearances, trials, and depositions
• Strong legal research and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Membership in the California State Bar

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in business litigation is a plus
