• 100% remote option available or hybrid depending on attorney preference

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $175,000 – $225,000
• Performance-based bonus potential: $20,000 – $55,000+
• Hybrid or fully remote work options

Responsibilities

• Manage a manageable caseload with support to help meet goals
• Meet typical billable target of 180–200 hours per month
• Handle workers’ compensation defense cases independently while collaborating within a team environment

Requirements

• Active California Bar license
• Workers’ compensation defense experience preferred
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to manage cases independently and work effectively in a team
