Workers Compensation Defense Attorney (Remote)

Overview

The organization is seeking a dynamic and experienced workers’ compensation defense attorney to join its team in San Diego.

This role offers a flexible work environment, including the option to work fully remotely, on a hybrid schedule, or in the San Diego office.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in workers’ compensation defense matters
• Handle litigation and case management activities
• Maintain strong client relationships through responsive, client-focused communication
• Demonstrate deep legal knowledge and effective management of case progress

Requirements

• At least three (3) years of workers’ compensation defense experience before the WCAB
  • Exceptional attorneys with less experience will also be considered
• Strong litigation skills
• Demonstrated expertise in case management
• Superior written and verbal communication abilities
• Client-focused mindset
