Overview

This role is for an Intake Specialist in personal injury law, serving as the first point of contact for individuals seeking legal assistance. You’ll gather case details, coordinate consultations, and support a compassionate, professional client experience—while ensuring accurate handling of sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first contact for leads through phone or email, providing a friendly and helpful experience.
• Collect and document important information to understand client needs and assess how the firm can help.
• Listen empathetically and guide individuals to appropriate resources, including within or outside the firm.
• Complete legal forms and maintain records of customer interactions.
• Schedule and coordinate consultations with legal experts.
• Follow up with clients to ensure needs are met and provide additional support as needed.
• Handle administrative tasks such as booking appointments, managing schedules, and organizing paperwork.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3+ years of experience in customer service, appointment setting, or interpretation roles at contact centers.
• Proficiency managing calendars and information flow with accuracy and efficiency.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
• Must permanently reside in Latin America.
• Own a reliable laptop (Windows or Mac, 2017 or newer) with a stable internet connection.
• Bilingual in English (C1 or higher) and Spanish or Portuguese, both spoken and written.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a legal background.
