Overview

This role serves as the first point of contact for individuals seeking legal assistance in personal injury law. You will gather case details, coordinate consultations, and support a compassionate, professional experience for prospective clients. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first contact for leads via phone or email, providing a friendly and helpful experience.
• Collect key information to understand client needs and determine how the firm can help.
• Listen empathetically and guide individuals to appropriate resources within or outside the firm.
• Complete legal forms and maintain records of customer interactions.
• Schedule and coordinate consultations with legal experts.
• Follow up with clients to ensure needs are met and/or provide additional support.
• Handle administrative tasks, including booking appointments, managing schedules, and organizing paperwork.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3+ years of experience in customer service, appointment setting, or interpretation roles in contact centers.
• Proficient in managing calendars and information flow accurately and efficiently.
• Bilingual in English (C1 or higher) and Spanish or Portuguese, both spoken and written.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
• Permanently resides in Latin America.
• Owns a reliable laptop (Windows or Mac, 2017 or newer) with a stable internet connection.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in sales, customer service, or a legal background.
