Overview

This position is for an Analista Jurídico Trabalhista - SEM OAB based in Brazil. It is an excellent opportunity for a legal professional or senior law student interested in Labor Law to work in a dynamic, high-volume corporate legal environment.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys in daily legal and operational activities related to labor law cases.
• Update and manage case progress in internal and external legal systems.
• Monitor ongoing judicial and administrative proceedings, ensuring deadlines and procedural accuracy.
• Assist in identifying and applying appropriate strategies for case management and workflow optimization.
• Provide administrative and operational support to ensure smooth functioning of legal demands.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in the 4th or 5th year of Law School or Law graduate without active OAB registration (mandatory).
• Familiarity with labor law concepts and practical understanding of Trabalhista legal processes.
• Experience or knowledge of court systems and judicial platforms.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple demands.
• Analytical thinking and ability to work collaboratively in a structured legal environment.
