Attorney - Pre-Litigation

Overview

A Pre-Litigation Attorney is needed for a well-known, long-standing Plaintiff Personal Injury firm based in Las Vegas.

Work Location

• If licensed in Arizona and living in Arizona: remote position.
• If living in Las Vegas and licensed to practice law in Arizona: in-office position in Las Vegas.

Responsibilities

• New client intake
• Manage heavy client contact
• Manage a Legal Assistant team
• Monitor each case as it progresses
• Oversee demand letters
• Handle negotiations

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in Arizona and/or Nevada
• Strong leadership skills
• Organized with the ability to track case progression
• Outstanding people skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of the pre-litigation stages of Personal Injury Law
• Licensed in Nevada is a plus
• Newly admitted attorneys with little experience and seasoned attorneys will be considered
