Title Reviewer I

Overview

This position provides nationwide title services in support of real estate transactions. Responsibilities include searching public records and examining property titles to determine the legal condition of title as part of a production center, branch office, or member of a title team.

Responsibilities

• Compile, investigate, and examine public and tax records to determine liabilities, legal condition of the title, and the insurability of the property
• Prepare accurate and comprehensive title commitments in accordance with company examining and policy procedures
• Perform a wide range of support functions to assist in departmental processes
• Follow clearly defined procedures to complete daily tasks and responsibilities
• Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems without the consistent need to exercise discretion
• Use basic communication skills to address internal and/or external clients and/or team members
• Work as an individual contributor under direct supervision with little autonomy
• Perform all other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s preferred
• Typically requires 0–2 years of related work experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay range: $38,680.91 - $64,468.18 Annually
• Base salary range is a guide; actual offers may be lower or higher based on the candidate’s knowledge, skills, education, experience, location, market conditions, and other compensation components.
