Bilingual Immigration Operations Manager (English-Spanish)

Overview

The organization is seeking an enthusiastic and talented Operations Manager to join its team.

This role focuses on keeping the legal production process moving smoothly, identifying bottlenecks before they impact clients, and improving operational performance through data-driven leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of the entire legal production line, ensuring cases move smoothly through every stage of the process.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks, taking swift action to keep workflow stable and backlog-free.
• Drive team growth by improving both the quality of work delivered and overall productivity.
• Set and track operational metrics and KPIs, adjusting processes based on results.
• Collaborate with multiple departments (Onboarding, Review, Verification, Paralegals, Attorneys, etc.) to ensure consistency and efficiency across the operation.
• Propose and implement process improvements that strengthen the operation over the medium and long term.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience leading teams or operations, ideally in high-volume, process-driven environments (call centers, BPOs, service firms, legal, etc.).
• Ability to manage production lines or workflows and remove bottlenecks before they impact the client.
• Proven experience preventing and reducing backlog through effective prioritization and anticipation of operational risks.
• Development-oriented leadership skills, with the ability to improve both the quality of work and the productivity of managed team members.
• Analytical, process-driven thinking, including the ability to measure KPIs, identify areas for improvement, and implement sustainable solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to provide clear direction and coordinate with other areas of the firm.
• Bilingual (English–Spanish).
• Experience in the immigration or legal field is a plus, though not required.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base hourly pay: $16–$22 USD/hour.
