Overview

A law firm with offices in all 50 states is seeking civil litigation attorneys for its Missoula office. Candidates should have at least three years of experience, though all experience levels are encouraged to apply.

There are multiple openings for defense litigators across various practice areas, including:

Candidates must be licensed and admitted to practice in the State of Montana.

Responsibilities

• Handle civil litigation cases within assigned practice areas
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
• Participate in hearings, depositions, and trials as needed
• Collaborate with team members and clients
• Manage assignments with minimal supervision

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of civil litigation experience preferred; all experience levels considered
• Admission to the Montana State Bar
• Strong litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills
• Excellent research abilities
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently
• Trial experience is preferred but not required
