Civil Litigation Attorneys
Overview
Civil litigation attorneys are needed for upcoming openings in Bellingham and Vancouver offices, with options for fully remote, hybrid, part-time, or full-time schedules. This role does not require a minimum or portable book of business.
Experience is needed, with a minimum of at least one year.

Responsibilities
- Handle civil litigation matters with strong legal research and writing
- Demonstrate persuasive oral advocacy in litigation settings
- Manage assignments with minimal supervision as a self-starter
- Collaborate effectively as a team player with strong communication skills
- Participate in case-related proceedings, including appearances at hearings, depositions, and trials (trial experience preferred but not required)
- Produce written work and effectively present arguments in support of litigation strategy
Requirements
- Minimum of at least one year of civil litigation experience
- Licensed and admitted to practice in the State of Washington
- Strong academic background
- Proven research skills
- Excellent litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills
- Self-starter who can manage assignments with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications
- Trial experience
- Oregon license (plus)
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package are offered, including:

Current salary ranges are:
- 1-3 years: $100,000-$140,000
- 3-5 years: $120,000-$150,000
- 6-8 years: $140,000-$190,000
- 9-12 years: $170,000-$200,000
Actual compensation is tailored to each individual and may vary based on experience, skills, practice area, business generation, work arrangement, and geographic market.
Pay Range: USD $100,000.00 - USD $275,000.00 /Yr.
