Commercial Attorney (Hebrew Fluent)

Overview

A high-growth cybersecurity company is seeking a commercial attorney to support its procurement team during a period of increased workload and temporary bandwidth constraints.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and draft SaaS vendor agreements
• Manage events and sponsorship contracts
• Partner closely with procurement and business teams to align risk tolerance with commercial objectives
• Handle privacy and data security terms within contracts

Requirements

• Strong experience negotiating and drafting vendor and supply agreements
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, startup-like environment
• Hebrew fluency is required

Engagement Details

• Project start: ASAP
• Duration: 2–3 months
• Work arrangement: Remote
• Hours: Minimum 10 hours per week guaranteed, with flexibility up to 20 hours per week

Compensation

• Hourly rate: $105 to $115 (based on qualifications, skillset, experience, client needs, and project requirements)
