Commercial Contracts Attorney

Overview

A financial services client is seeking a Commercial Contracts Attorney for a full-time, 6-month, fully remote engagement. This role focuses on handling typical commercial contracts such as Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), and vendor agreements primarily on the procurement side.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate commercial contracts including MSAs, SOWs, and vendor agreements
• Support procurement-related contract management and compliance
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure contract terms meet business needs

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience managing commercial contracts
• Active bar membership in at least one jurisdiction
• Ability to commit full-time to this engagement (no concurrent employment allowed)
• Experience working with procurement contracts preferred
